Pavlos Beach House is conveniently situated close to the beach and local amenities. A mini market is just 400 meters away, and taverns and beach bars are within one kilometer. Guests can enjoy swimming in calm waters, walks along the coastline, and local sailing excursions. In the wider Xanthi area, there are many attractions to explore, including the Nesto Gorge, Lake Vistonida, and the city of Xanthi, while the archaeological site of Ancient Avdira is just a short drive away.
