Located just steps from the sea, the house is perfectly positioned for morning swims and long days on the beach. A mini market, local taverns, and beach bars are a short walk away, while sailing excursions can be arranged with a nearby company for those wanting to explore the coastline. The wider Xanthi region offers plenty to discover as well, including the Nesto Gorge, Lake Vistonida, the city of Xanthi, and the archaeological site of Ancient Avdira, all within easy reach for memorable day trips.
