The apartment is situated on the lower level of a two-story beachfront property, just steps from the sea. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with 1.5 bathrooms for added convenience. The bright living room includes two sofa-beds, providing extra sleeping space, while the fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals just like at home. A terrace at the entrance offers a pleasant spot to relax outdoors.

Location & Things to Do

The apartment’s prime location just steps from the beach is perfect for families with children. A mini market is only 300 meters away, and taverns and beach bars can be found within one kilometer. Guests can enjoy calm swimming waters, relaxing walks along the coastline, and easy visits to local taverns and beach bars. Sailing excursions are also available through a nearby local company. Beyond Skala Avdiron, the wider Xanthi area offers many attractions, including the Nesto Gorge, Lake Vistonida, and the city of Xanthi itself, making it easy to explore both nature and culture during your stay. The archaeological site of Ancient Avdira is just two kilometers away, providing a fascinating glimpse into the region’s history.
